Shipping & Delivery

1. What is the processing time for my order?
After you place an order, it takes us 1 to 2 business days to process, pack, and prepare it for shipment.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?
Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that this is an average estimate.

3. Do you ship outside of India?
No, we currently only ship orders within India.

4. How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this link to track your order's journey in real-time.

5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is not free on our store. The exact shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your order's details and will be clearly shown before you make a payment.

Payment Related

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?
No, there are no extra charges for choosing the Cash on Delivery payment option.

3. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure payment gateways, ensuring your personal and financial information is completely safe.

4. What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check your payment details and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

5. Are there any hidden fees?
No, all costs, including the product price and shipping charges, are clearly displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. A compulsory unboxing video is required to be eligible. Exchanges are only allowed for products that are wrong or damaged upon arrival. Please note that personal care appliances are non-returnable.

2. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for a fixed return shipping fee of ₹50. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

3. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed promptly after we receive the returned item. If your original payment was via UPI or card, the refund will be credited within 5 days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.
